Senior Hospice Sales Representative

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced hospice or healthcare sales professional who enjoys building relationships, working in the community, and helping patients and families better understand the value of hospice care.
The right person will bring a compassionate approach, strong follow-through, and the ability to develop trust with referral partners across the healthcare community.
The Senior Hospice Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships throughout the East Mesa market. This role will work closely with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, skilled nursing facilities, social workers, community partners, patients, and families to increase awareness of hospice services and support appropriate referrals.
Requirements
  • Minimum two years of sales, marketing, business development, liaison, or referral development experience in healthcare required.
  • Hospice, palliative care or Home Health sales experience is required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; additional relevant experience may be considered in place of degree.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, facility leadership, community partners, and referral sources.
  • Prior clinical experience is a plus, but not required.
