The pay range for this role is estimated to be $175,000.00 - $250,000.00 at the time of posting and will be eligible for incentive compensation in accordance with company practices. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive endtoend performance of the Flexible Automation portfolio, with full accountability for project margin, schedule execution, quality, and customer satisfaction. Establish clear operating models, governance, and RACI frameworks in partnership with strategic technology partners to enable scalable, predictable delivery.

  • Set the standard for delivery excellence by establishing bestinclass project governance, deployment standards, and risk management practices across AMR, AGV, AutoStore, and hybrid automation solutions.

  • Build and lead highperforming delivery organizations, developing teams capable of executing complex, multisite automation programs at scale while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate closely with Engineering and Installation to ensure solutions are executionready, scalable, and aligned with realworld field capabilities, while continuously evolving deployment models to improve speed, cost, and reliability.

  • Scale delivery capabilities to support growth, ensuring the organization can meet rapidly increasing demand in flexible automation markets without compromising quality, safety, or customer outcomes.

  • Serve as a senior escalation and executive sponsor for key customers and internal stakeholders, driving issue resolution and ensuring Flexible Automation engagements deliver consistent results, longterm partnerships, and repeat business.

  • Provide leadership in strategic business planning and operational improvement, shaping the roadmap for delivery excellence, organizational maturity, and sustained portfolio performance

Skills and Capabilities:

  • Proven leadership experience (10+ years) leading large, complex, and matrixed technical or solution organizations

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and scale a $200M+ flexible automation portfolio with full accountability for margin, delivery performance, and customer outcomes.

  • Deep expertise in flexible automation technologies, including AMRs, AGVs, robotics, and hybrid automation solutions, and their deployment at scale.

  • Proven success leading large, geographically dispersed project delivery organizations across complex, multisite implementations.

  • Strong program and project governance capability, including risk management, delivery standardization, and executivelevel escalation handling.

  • Ability to partner effectively with Engineering, Installation, Product Management, and Commercial teams to ensure solutions are executionready and scalable.

  • Strategic mindset with experience using entrylevel automation solutions to enable customer growth into broader, integrated systems.

  • Credible executive presence with the ability to engage senior customers and internal leaders during highstakes Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and lead high-performing teams in dynamic environments
