Job description

The Demand Generation, Senior Manager leads end to end demand generation strategy, overseeing a team of multichannel demand gen specialists responsible for designing data driven, multi-channel campaigns to drive pipeline and bookings. This role is accountable for revenue forecasting, budget and resource allocation, and partnering with Sales to drive the activities needed to meet marketing contribution revenue goals. Role is incentivized to meet pipeline generation goals through a bonus structure.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and own the overall demand creation strategy, including analyzing customer segments, market opportunities, and sales data to develop high-impact campaigns to drive new business and expansion bookings
  • Directing the resources, budget and tactics needed across channels to achieve pipeline targets, ensuring campaigns are executed on time and deliver forecasted results.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of multi-channel demand generation specialists to drive lifecycle nurture and acquisition programs.
  • Set clear goals, priorities, and success metrics for the team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Determine the ideal mix of digital marketing, content, events, and other marketing programs to maximize impact
  • Use data insights to continually assess and optimize campaign performance, ensuring maximum ROI and effectiveness
  • Forecast, measure, and adjust campaigns throughout the course of the plan, and be responsible for knowing campaign effectiveness KPIs
  • Develop strong relationship with Sales teams to ensure alignment and integration of demand generation efforts with growth goals. Work with sales leaders to ensure qualified leads are assigned, pursued and tracked through the sales funnel

You need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 7-10 Years of marketing, or related work experience
  • 5+ Years of demonstrated experience in people management or in coordinating and overseeing the work of multiple contributors on complex projects
  • Experience independently owning complex, multi-channel demand generation campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact
  • Experience leading segmentation analysis, targeting strategy, and campaign design to support new business and expansion growth
  • Experience forecasting demand outcomes, owning KPI performance, pipeline contribution, and proactively optimizing programs based on data insights
  • Experience serving as a strategic partner to Sales, influencing alignment on lead quality, funnel management, and growth priorities
  • History of achieving marketing and pipeline goals in a quota-bearing environment.
