Job Summary:
Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a highly skilled professional to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment focusing on automation and systems engineering activities, contributing both as a team member and an individual contributor.
Responsibilities:
• Develop controls for automation platforms with a focus on shared content across enterprise tools
• Implement SDLC chain for managing automation content
• Participate in the design, development, and implementation of systems engineering activities
• Assist in establishing input/output processes and working parameters for hardware compatibility
• Serve as a seasoned technical resource and provide technical knowledge as a team member and individual contributor
• Influence and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), or System Administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Ansible (playbooks, roles, inventory, Tower/AWX).
• Proficiency with Linux/Unix systems administration and shell scripting.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bamboo, etc.).
• Familiarity with source control (Git), branching strategies, and code review processes.
Preferred:
• Experience with BMC TSO, Bladelogic, SQL, Database Administration, and Systems Administration
• Experience with Infrastructure Asset Analysis
• Experience with Windows administration and scripting
• Experience with Service Now, Remedy, and Puppet
