Overview
Are you a creative thinker with a passion for design and a drive to make an impact? OVG's Global Partnerships division is looking for a dynamic Senior Designer to join our fast-paced Creative Services Team in New York City or Denver, CO. In this role, you'll bring visual stories to life through compelling presentations and marketing materials that directly support our sales professionals communicating ideas effectively and driving real business results. We're seeking a creative collaborator who's not only skilled and detail-oriented but also quick on their feet, adaptable, and ready to contribute fresh ideas. If you're ready to grow with a talented team, tackle exciting projects, and showcase your design chops on a national stage, this opportunity is for you.
This role pays an annual salary of $85,000-$100,000 and is bonus eligible.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-impact presentations, sales decks, one-sheets, and marketing materials with a strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual clarity.
  • Translate brand guidelines and client needs into polished, on-brand creative that aligns with various OVG properties and client identities.
  • Create clean, engaging data visualizations-infographics, charts, and iconography-that enhance storytelling and drive results.
  • Develop custom mock-ups and visuals, manipulating imagery to bring concepts to life.
  • Evaluate and refresh existing materials with new creative ideas and design enhancements.
  • Maintain and evolve our library of company-wide design assets, ensuring consistency and brand integrity.
  • Manage multiple design projects at once, maintaining timelines and supporting the broader creative pipeline.
  • Deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines without sacrificing attention to detail.
  • Collaborate closely with the Partnership Solutions team and senior leadership to align visuals with strategy and objectives.
  • Pitch in wherever needed-every day is different, and we thrive on teamwork!

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of professional experience with a standout portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced corporate or agency environment.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat), and solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, SharePoint, etc.) and Smartsheet
  • Demonstrated expertise in design fundamentals, including layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and branding for both digital media and print.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills-you know how to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Meticulous eye for detail, passionate about design, and always striving for excellence.
