  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop pricing strategies and provide critical input on final pricing.
  • Lead training sessions to improve understanding of pricing software capabilities among team members and builders.
  • Act as a mentor and leader within the estimating team, guiding and developing junior and intermediate estimators.
  • Continuously improve quote hit ratio and identify opportunities to enhance profitability.
  • Drive the development of estimating best practices and ensure consistency in the estimation process.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related engineering field
  • 5+ Years of Experience in Steel Design or Pre-Engineered Metal Building Estimating/Design
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong technical background preferred.
  • Proficiency in estimating and pricing software.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
  • Experience in pre-engineered metal building projects
