Position

Dearborn, Michigan - Architect Senior Associate (#1058748)

Role Overview

Employees in this function translate desired business capabilities into solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for application design, installation, configuration, and development support activities for B2Bi, Web, and Mainframe applications.
  • Demonstrate expertise in one or more technical environments and knowledge of EDI solution.
  • Ensure solution quality in each environment and for each trading partner.
  • Coordinate with related work streams and teams including infrastructure, Customer Service, and Manufacturing.
  • Perform system tuning and diagnostics on UNIX, LINUX, and WINDOWS platforms.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management areas: system development, business intelligence, business processes, and customer relations.
  • 5+ years of experience with Enterprise Application Integration, middleware, or integration.
  • 5+ years of experience with architecture diagrams, sequence diagrams, UML diagrams, network connectivity, and communication protocols.
  • Proficiency with EDI mapping tools, ANSI X12, EDIFACT, UNIX, LINUX, Windows, SQL Server, and MQ Series.
  • Senior Associate: 6–10 years in IT; 4+ years in solution architecture, Unix, network protocols & standards, SIP, GCP, and EDI mapping tools.
Skills
  • SQL Server, Unix, Linux.
  • Preferred: Mainframe Systems.
Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
