Data Warehouse Sr. ETL/BI Developer Submission Requirements
  • 2 professional references are required and must be attached as a separate document.
  • Interview process: Virtual, expected to be 1 round.
  • Interview will include a mix of technical and behavioral questions.
  • Interview panel may include the Hiring Manager, direct supervisor, and another team member.
  • Assignment duration: 1 year+ contract, dependent on business need.
  • Hybrid schedule is non-negotiable.
  • Candidates must be local to the Lansing, Michigan area within 90 miles at the time of submission.
Position Details

The position functions as a Senior Information Technology Analyst responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing automated data warehouse applications .

The resource will represent the team and coordinate activities with other data warehouse teams on complex, multi-team projects. The position will also work with data warehouse developers to review existing policies and practices, modify them as needed, and propose new policies or practices.

Strong knowledge of SQL, Business Intelligence tools, and relational databases is required to develop and maintain data warehouse ETL processes and queries.

Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical study.
  • 6+ years of experience creating Data Warehouse BI applications, including ETL/data mart development, reporting, dashboards, and information analysis and delivery systems.
  • 2+ years of experience with Child Welfare Services, Juvenile Justice, Juvenile Services, or related areas.

  • Experience with SQL Assistant or Teradata Studio.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
