Job Summary:

The Senior Database Engineer will manage and optimize database systems, ensuring performance, reliability, and security while collaborating with data engineers to integrate databases into data pipelines.
Responsibilities:
• manage and optimize database systems for client data storage infrastructure
• implement and maintain different data stores
• ensure database performance and reliability
• work with data engineers to integrate databases into data pipelines
• design and implement database schemas and structures
• establish database backup and recovery procedures
• optimize database performance through indexing, query optimization, and configuration tuning
• implement database security controls and access management
• monitor database health and resource utilization
• troubleshoot complex database issues
• manage database version upgrades and patches
• implement database high availability and disaster recovery solutions
• automate routine database administration tasks
• evaluate new database technologies for potential adoption

Qualifications:
Required:
