Logistics data sources
- E1 is JD Edwards application database (Oracle)
- SeNT - Oracle or SQL database
- There is an already existing data model (DW) for logistics information. May need to be updated and SSIS based ETLs built. We will need to work with application owners and business provided BAs, ETS IT team (Chapman's team) to gather/validate requirements, identify the data model and SSIS gaps. I have added an assumption that ETS IT team can help with SSIS changes. (Chapman mentioned this).
- We will make the data model changes and create Power BI visualizations.
- Typical metrics/KPIs examples
• When were items shipped out?
• What is the aging of shipped out items?
• Average aging
Test Admin data sources
- eReg - Ecommerce registration systems (Oracle data base) (Contains information on people who sign up for testing)
- TPOS and EVM - Voucher systems (Oracle or SQL database)
- Typical metrics/KPIs examples
• YOY or CY - how many signed, how many completed, failed, how many used voucher,
- There is an existing data model but its relatively old. Will likely need to bring in data or update model. We will need to work with application owners and business provided BAs, ETS IT team (Chapma's team) to gather/validate requirements, identify the data model and SSIS gaps
- We will make the data model changes and create Power BI visualizations
