Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled GCP Looker Data Visualization Engineer to design and deliver intuitive, high-quality dashboards and data visualizations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Looker on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with the ability to translate business requirements into user-centric insights. Experience working with sensitive datasets, particularly in the HR domain, is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Data Visualization & Dashboard Development
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and Looks using GCP Looker
  • Build visualizations with a strong end-user perspective, ensuring usability and clarity
  • Translate business and analytical requirements into effective data models and dashboards
Application Development & Maintenance
  • Ensure software solutions meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements
  • Enhance and maintain existing dashboards and visualization components
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues during development and testing phases
Data Handling & Domain Expertise
  • Work with sentiment data, including both aggregated and detailed datasets
  • Handle sensitive data responsibly, particularly within HR or similar regulated domains
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance in reporting solutions
