In this role, you will serve as a key technology partner to the Facilities Integrity Planning team, advancing digital transformation initiatives that strengthen data quality, enhance risk insights, streamline workflows, and support informed decision-making for piping and tank assets across our Liquids Pipelines business.

What You Will Do:
  • Drive the Facilities Integrity Planning technology roadmap, advancing data, analytics, automation, and AI initiatives that support business priorities and operational excellence.

  • Design, develop, deploy, and sustain innovative data products, workflow automations, dashboards, reports, and AI-enabled solutions that improve planning effectiveness and reduce manual effort.

  • Integrate asset and integrity data systems to improve data quality, streamline processes, reduce duplication, and increase confidence in critical asset information.

  • Serve as the Facilities Integrity data steward by establishing data governance practices, ownership models, and controls for piping and storage asset data ecosystems.

  • Lead technology initiatives from concept and business requirements through implementation, sustainment, adoption, and value realization.

  • Partner with stakeholders across Facilities Integrity, TIS, Operations Services, and LP Data & Systems Strategy to deliver practical, scalable solutions that support program transformation.

  • Promote innovation and continuous improvement by coaching users, sharing technical expertise, and driving adoption of new technologies and digital capabilities.

Who You Are:
  • Degree or diploma in Data Science, Computer Programming, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • Six or more years of related experience in software development, data analytics, application development, data systems, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

  • Strong programming and data development experience using Python, SQL, APIs, Power Query, and DAX.

  • Demonstrated experience building and supporting automation, analytics, and data-processing solutions in a business environment.

  • Experience with Azure Databricks, Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Copilot, and AI/document intelligence technologies.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organization, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and present technical concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Self-motivated professional with a growth mindset who thrives in a dynamic environment and can manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred:
  • Experience developing and deploying Python-based web applications and REST APIs in an enterprise environment.

  • Experience with document intelligence, PDF processing, and structured data extraction from engineering records and drawings.

  • Experience with Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint REST API, and enterprise authentication integrations.

  • Knowledge of GitHub version control and software development best practices.

  • Experience with GIS, spatial data, or enterprise mapping systems.

  • Understanding of asset integrity management, risk-based inspection principles, and integrity-related business processes.

  • Familiarity with Enbridge internal applications such as:FI Activity Tracker, FI Workbench, Integrity Engine, Maximo, Meridian, eDig, or related systems is considered an asset.

Working Conditions:
  • Office-based position with occasional travel (less than 5%) to Enbridge facilities, vendor locations, or consultant offices.
