Job Description

This position reports to the Director of the Office of Student Affairs and partners with the Associate Dean for Student Affairs, the Associate Dean for Student Success and Professional Development, and the Associate Dean for Student Affairs and Residency Planning. The coordinator provides primary administrative and programmatic support to the Associate Dean for Student Affairs and the Associate Dean for Student Affairs and Residency Planning, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and project tracking. This direct-service role is responsible for planning and executing major student transition and milestone events - including Orientation (and the learning team retreat), the White Coat Ceremony, Parents & Partners, Match Day, and Graduation - in collaboration with OSA leadership, communications teams, and external partners such as public affairs. The coordinator also oversees career development programming and resources for senior students, including MS4/ERAS class meetings, the AOA Selection Committee, and the MSPE Bottom Line process for all graduating students. This position maintains and updates student-facing digital platforms including the MD Program Student Affairs website, Orientation website, Core 3 Canvas Course and plays an integral role in supporting student academic development and professional growth across the four-year curriculum.
