RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their team in Atlanta, GA.
Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support enterprise analytics, reporting, and data strategy initiatives. This role will drive measurement frameworks, data governance, reporting standards, and insight generation across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will partner with business and technical stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, support platform enhancements, develop scalable reporting solutions, and identify opportunities to improve decision-making through analytics and automation.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience with web analytics, digital measurement, and reporting tools
* Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and KPI development
* Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and data warehouses
* Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data analysis
* Experience developing dashboards and business intelligence solutions
* Knowledge of tag management, data collection, and tracking methodologies
* Familiarity with marketing, customer, and digital performance data
* Experience leveraging automation and AI-driven insights for analytics
* Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
