The position

The Sr. Specialist, Go To Market Operations owns cross-functional project management and marketing operations by driving launch execution, optimizing processes, maintaining product data integrity, coordinating marketing and packaging initiatives, and ensuring on-time delivery across teams. 

This position works Monday through Friday in a hybrid capacity from our workshop in Canmore, Alberta, requiring a minimum of two days per week on site.  

What you'll be doing
Project Management

  • Build and optimize project management processes using existing tools and ensure adoption across teams while continuously improving workflows, timelines, and launch efficiency
  • Own project management timelines, milestones, and task tracking for Product Go-to-Market and Marketing teams and lead cross-functional operations meetings
  • Own project management timelines, milestones, task tracking and proofing for Packaging across cross-functional teams
  • Maintain, update, and ensure the marketing and go-to-market calendar is accurate and up to date
  • Identify gaps, delays and dependencies and escalate as needed to support effective risk management
Product Management & Data Integrity
  • Ensure accurate product data across different platforms
  • Own product sell sheets by defining the objective, and create, maintain, and optimize them to ensure they serve the intended purpose and are adopted throughout the business 
  • Create and manage Universal Product Codes (UPC) across their lifecycle 
Operational Support
  • Organize, gather, assemble, and ship products and samples to focus groups, photoshoots, influencers, PR initiatives and activations
  • Maintain internal product library
  • Facilitate and ensure the delivery of all assets (digital or print) to procurement, printer, or vendor 
  • Support with events and photoshoots, including booking studios, models, lighting tech, hair and make-up, and vendors
  • Order props and craft services 
  • Coordinate and triage all product and marketing related requests and inquiries from other departments 
Reporting and Research Administration
  • Pull data for reporting and simple analysis
  • Conduct competitive research and analysis
  • Coordinate consumer surveys

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, or Project Management Certification (PMP)
  • A passion for natural personal care and beauty products
  • Expert user of project management tools, experience with Asana is required
  • Advanced Microsoft Suite user; PowerBI is an asset
  • Familiarity with the Stage-Gate process is an asset
  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience; NetSuite is an asset
  • Experience with change management initiatives 
  • Proven experience leading multiple projects at once
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to employ critical thinking and problem-solving techniques
