Job Title:-Sr. Cybersecurity Engineer

Location:-San Jose, CA

Duration:-6+Months

We are seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer with strong hands-on experience across modern enterprise security platforms and architectures. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving security controls to strengthen both internal and external security posture, with a focus on SaaS integrations and third-party risk. The ideal candidate is technical, proactive, and capable of independently identifying, analyzing, and mitigating security risks.

Required Qualifications:

  • 9+ years of experience in cybersecurity or security engineering
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • CrowdStrike
    • Okta
  • Proven ability to independently monitor, triage, and investigate security events
  • Experience performing threat hunting and incident response
  • Experience conducting red team or offensive security activities
  • Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • CISSP certification (required)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in regulated environments (e.g., utilities / critical infrastructure)
  • Familiarity with NIST CSF, NIST 800-171, and Zero Trust Architecture
  • Experience with SaaS and cloud security environments
