Who we are looking for

This role will partner to lead workforce planning, budget management, procurement lifecycle management, vendor governance, and process transformation for Global Cybersecurity, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on resource, financial, and operational decisions.

The role is part of Global Cybersecurity Strategy & Operations, a pivotal function which enables Global Cybersecurity to manage talent, budget, vendors, and operating processes with discipline, transparency, and alignment to business priorities.

This role ensures workforce investments, procurement decisions, and financial resources are governed effectively and directed to the highest-priority cyber risk, regulatory, and business needs.

What you will be responsible for

Partner to lead workforce planning, organizational forecasting, budget management and headcount governance activities across Global Cybersecurity.

Partner to lead annual budget planning, financial forecasting, spend tracking, variance analysis, and executive-level budget reporting.

Manage procurement lifecycle activities, including intake, sourcing coordination, purchase order support, contract renewals, vendor spend governance, and supplier management.

Partner with Finance, Procurement, HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Risk, and cybersecurity leadership to align resource, budget, and vendor decisions with strategic priorities.

Develop workforce, financial, and operational dashboards that provide leadership with timely, actionable insights and decision support.

Drive process optimization and technology-enabled automation using tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and other enterprise workflow solutions.

Identify resource optimization opportunities across FTE, contractor, consulting, vendor, and operational spend categories.

Prepare high quality executive materials, business cases, and strategic recommendations that support investment decisions and organizational planning.

Degree required: Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered

Years of experience: 10+ years in workforce planning, financial management, procurement, operations, strategy, program management, chief of staff, or related disciplines

Certifications required or preferred: PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, procurement, finance, or cybersecurity-related certifications preferred; not required

Knowledge of tools or technologies: WorkDay, Power BI, advanced Excel, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and budget/procurement platforms such as Beeline etc.

Additional language requirements: N/A

Other qualifications: Experience in cybersecurity, technology, financial services, or another highly regulated environment preferred; knowledge of vendor management, contract lifecycle management, procurement governance, and supplier performance management strongly preferred

Additional requirements for this role include the ability to support time-sensitive leadership requests, annual planning and budget cycles, cross-functional governance forums, and confidential workforce, financial, and vendor-related matters. Limited travel may be required based on business needs.

Salary Range:

$120,000 - $217,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
