Job description

New Tech Global is looking for Senior Production Operators for a client in Bartlesville, OK.  
This is a Direct Hire opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor industrial process equipment in refining, chemical manufacturing, petrochemical, smelting, metal reclamation, aerospace manufacturing, or other advanced manufacturing environments.
  • Maintain process operations within established production specifications by monitoring operating conditions, interpreting process data, and making timely adjustments.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and respond to process deviations, alarms, and abnormal operating conditions to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
  • Operate thermal and combustion process equipment, including kilns, furnaces, boilers, incinerators, and other comparable industrial process units.
  • Monitor and control production processes using a Distributed Control System (DCS) or other control room operating systems.
  • Coordinate operations across multiple process units while maintaining product quality, equipment reliability, and environmental compliance.
  • Perform equipment startups, shutdowns, routine inspections, and process changeovers in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to resolve equipment issues and improve process performance.
  • Train, mentor, and qualify process operators while providing shift leadership and supporting daily production objectives.
  • Complete operational documentation, process logs, and shift turnover reports while maintaining compliance with all safety, environmental, and company operating procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience operating industrial process equipment or equivalent operations experience in refining, chemical manufacturing, petrochemical, smelting, metal reclamation, aerospace manufacturing, or other advanced manufacturing environments.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience operating equipment to established production specifications while monitoring process conditions and responding to process deviations.
  • Experience operating thermal or combustion process equipment, including kilns, furnaces, boilers, incinerators, or similar industrial process units.
  • Experience operating multiple process units in a continuous manufacturing environment.
  • Previous experience training, mentoring, or qualifying process operators.
  • Prior Shift Lead or Lead Operator experience.
  • Control Room and DCS experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a commitment to safety and operational excellence.
