Executive Summary: HRUCKUS is looking for an experienced Senior Construction Site Manager to oversee all phases of construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


Position Description: The Senior Construction Site Manager provides on-site leadership, coordinates subcontractors and internal teams, manages project schedules and resources, and serves as a primary communication link between field operations, project management, and stakeholders.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage the design and development of systems architecture that integrates hardware, software, and networking components for transportation systems.
  • Manage integration strategies to ensure interoperability and compatibility across subsystems and platforms.
  • Oversee integration testing and validation processes to verify system functionality, performance, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies for systems integration projects.
  • Work closely with engineering teams (electrical, software, mechanical), project managers, and stakeholders to align integration efforts with overall project objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate integration risks, ensuring smooth deployment and operation of integrated systems.
  • Manage day-to-day construction activities from project initiation through closeout.
  • Ensure adherence to project scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
