Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Soudeur(euse) de précision pour se joindre à une entreprise spécialisée dans la fabrication de composantes électroniques sur la Rive-Nord de Montréal.
Vous serez formé(e) aux techniques de soudure électronique et travaillerez sur des cartes de circuits imprimés (PCB) et des composantes de petite taille, dans un environnement propre et adapté au travail de précision.

Vos responsabilités comme soudeur(euse) de précision de composantes électroniques
  • Effectuer la soudure de précision de composantes électroniques sur des cartes PCB.
  • Réaliser la soudure au fer à souder, la soudure traversante (through-hole) et la soudure SMT/CMS.
  • Effectuer les retouches et reprises de soudure lorsque requis.
  • Inspecter les soudures sous loupe ou microscope binoculaire.
  • Vérifier la qualité des assemblages selon les standards et normes IPC.
  • Lire et interpréter des plans d’assemblage, schémas électroniques et nomenclatures de composantes (BOM).
  • Manipuler les composantes électroniques selon les procédures ESD.
  • Maintenir son poste de travail propre et bien organisé.
  • Respecter les procédures de qualité et les délais de production.
Le profil recherché pour le soudeur(euse) de précision de composantes électroniques
  • Expérience en soudure électronique, assemblage électronique ou dans un environnement de production de précision.
  • Expérience en microsoudure ou en soudure de très petites composantes.
  • Dep en électronique, soudure ou domaine connexe. 
  • Bonne dextérité manuelle et bonne acuité visuelle.
  • À l’aise de travailler avec de petites composantes sous loupe ou microscope.
  • Minutie, patience et souci du détail.
  • Capacité à apprendre et à suivre des procédures précises.
  • Connaissance de la norme IPC-A-610 ou des procédures ESD, un atout.
  • Français fonctionnel requis.
