Job Responsibilities:

  • Creates a world class customer experience by developing a top-tier Advisor team.
  • Maximizes Technician proficiency by ensuring work flows smoothly through the shop.
  • Hires, trains and manages department team members.
  • Maintains service pricing and computer system parameters.
  • Understands and ensures compliance with the manufacturer warranty and policy & procedures.
  • Controls areas of waste; keeps receivables, unapplied time and policy expense within guides.
  • Oversees shop maintenance and upkeep.
  • Ensures the department and personnel remain compliant with company, factory and government policy and regulations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in the retail automotive service business.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Manager.
  • Experience with General Motors and CDK dealer management system are a plus.
  • A current valid driver’s license is required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree is preferred.
