Job Description Senior CNC Router Operator Location: Monroe, NC Job Type: Direct Hire We have two different shifts for the same opportunity: Schedule: Friday-Sunday | 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM | Pay: $28 + $3 shift differential Schedule: M-TH | 3:00 PM - 1:30AM | Pay: $28 + $1.50 shift differential Position Overview M Force Partners is seeking an experienced Senior CNC Router Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Monroe, NC. This Senior CNC Router Operator role is responsible for operating and maintaining CNC router equipment used in the fabrication of custom architectural and aluminum products while ensuring quality, accuracy, and production efficiency. The ideal Senior CNC Router Operator will have extensive experience with CNC routers, machine setup, tooling changes, and machine offsets while maintaining tight tolerances in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Key Responsibilities Operate CNC router equipment and execute CNC programs to manufacture precision components Read and interpret blueprints, shop orders, layouts, and manufacturing documentation Select appropriate materials and quantities for production orders Fabricate parts to customer specifications while maintaining tight tolerances Perform machine offsets and adjust CNC programs as needed Change, measure, inspect, and maintain cutting tools and tooling assemblies Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met Perform deburring and finishing operations on completed parts Utilize calipers, gauges, and precision measuring equipment to verify dimensions Meet or exceed daily production goals while maintaining quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Support additional manufacturing and production activities as assigned Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of hands-on CNC Router operating experience Experience with CNC setup, tooling changes, and machine offsets Ability to read blueprints, manufacturing drawings, and process documentation Proficiency using calipers, gauges, measuring instruments, and hand tools Strong mathematical skills including fractions, measurements, and dimensional calculations Basic computer skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality parts Ability to work independently while maintaining production standards Preferred Qualifications Experience in architectural products, aluminum fabrication, door manufacturing, window manufacturing, cabinetry, or millwork CNC setup and troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment Job presented by M Force Partners M Force Partners is a specialized recruitment partner connecting top-tier talent with leading organizations.
