Sr. Bindery Operator | $18.00–$30.00 per hour | 1st Shift (6:30 AM – 2:30 PM)

Job Description
The Sr. Bindery Operator performs manual and machine operation tasks related to bindery equipment including folding, stitching, collating, and cutting. This role is responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating machines to meet productivity, quality, and budget standards. The Sr. Operator also serves as a resource to team members, assists with troubleshooting, and may help train other operators. This position requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
• Set up, adjust, and operate bindery machines according to job specifications
• Review job tickets and monitor product quality throughout production runs
• Perform preventative maintenance and complete production documentation
• Track job costs and production hours as required
• Assist with troubleshooting, training operators, and operating multiple machines
Qualifications and Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience
• Previous bindery experience preferred
• Basic math, computer, and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and reaching
