• Participate in code reviews, produce clear technical documentation, and guide less experienced engineers through mentoring and technical collaboration.• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, electrical engineering, or a closely related technical field; comparable practical experience may also be considered.
• At least 8 years of software engineering experience with meaningful ownership of production-grade applications or platforms.
• Minimum 3 years of experience operating at a senior level with responsibilities that include technical direction, design input, mentoring, and partnership across teams.
• Strong background in Linux-based development, with at least 5 years of experience in embedded Linux, edge computing, IoT, device management, or similar environments.
• Demonstrated experience delivering software for physical devices, deployed products, or operational systems outside of traditional desktop or web-only environments.
• Proficiency in modern software development practices such as automated testing, code review, secure coding, release management, and technical documentation.
