Your day to day as a Senior Compliance Analyst

The Senior Compliance Analyst at One Community Bank plays a pivotal role within our compliance team, focusing on enhancing the bank's adherence to consumer protection laws and internal policies. This dynamic position involves developing and executing second-line compliance testing, assessing business controls, and providing invaluable guidance to various departments. The Analyst will review and approve all bank advertising materials, ensuring compliance across platforms, while also staying ahead of emerging regulations and informing stakeholders about potential risks. Collaborating with the Compliance Officer, this role actively participates in Compliance Committee meetings and contributes to the Compliance Risk Assessment process. The Senior Compliance Analyst will manage regulatory complaints, conduct self-assessments, and recommend process improvements, ensuring timely action on compliance concerns.
