Job description

The Senior Client Service Associate is an experienced client service professional who independently manages high-touch client service and serves as a trusted partner to clients and prospects, Wealth Advisors, and internal teams. The Senior Client Service Associate is a primary contact for client service needs and is expected to exercise sound judgment, anticipate needs, and independently manage complex service matters in a fast-paced environment.

This role takes ownership of complex client requests, onboarding and transition activities, meeting preparation, account administration, and multi-step client projects from initiation through completion. The Senior Client Service Associate anticipates client service and advisor support needs, resolves routine service issues before they escalate, and coordinates effectively across advisory, investment, operations, trading, tax, billing, and other support teams.
