Why This Role Exists

All-Tech Manufacturing is expanding its machining capacity to support a steady pipeline of precision components across aerospace, medical, and industrial programs.

This role is critical in taking parts from print to completion — with a strong focus on CNC lathe work, process ownership, and first-piece quality.

---

The Work You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

  • Program, set up, and run CNC lathes (primary focus) and mills as needed
  • Take parts from print to first-piece completion independently
  • Work heavily on DMG Mori NLX 2500/700 lathes
  • Read and interpret blueprints, tolerances, and specifications
  • Select tooling and optimize machining processes
  • Prove out programs and validate setups
  • Perform first-article and in-process inspection
  • Troubleshoot issues and adjust feeds, speeds, and offsets

---

  • Blueprint reading and tolerance interpretation
  • Strong understanding of tooling, offsets, and process optimization

Preferred:

  • Experience with DMG Mori NLX or similar high-end turning centers
  • Experience with bar-fed lathe environments
  • CAM programming experience
  • Exposure to high-mix production

---
