JOB HIGHLIGHTS--Maintenance Technician
We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the maintenance team as a Maintenance Technician. You will make a difference in the lives of residents by ensuring the place they call home is a safe and attractive living environment. This position functions to maintain and repair the equipment, operating systems, structure and grounds of the residence.
Responsibilities--Maintenance Technician
  • Regularly walking throughout the residence and grounds to check equipment, maintain appearance, and ensure safety
  • Completing and documenting work orders as assigned by the Maintenance Director, including maintenance and repairs for the building, grounds and equipment
  • Following troubleshooting, reporting to the Maintenance Director any parts or supplies needed to complete repairs
  • Assisting the Director with completion and documentation of inventory, preventative maintenance, warranties, inspections, and overseeing work performed by outside vendors
  • Communicating effectively with residents and staff
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines

  • Required: Previous experience in a related trade or position, preferably with expertise in electrical, HVAC and repairs and/or maintenance
  • Required: Ability to operate a motor vehicle as part of service and delivery requirements, as required
