The Senior Maintenance Manager at Onni Fulton Market is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity and operational efficiency of the property. This role plays a key part in delivering a safe, well-maintained, and guest-focused environment by responding to maintenance requests, performing routine inspections, and completing both preventative and emergency repairs. The Senior Maintenance Manager will work across multiple building systems-including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety-and use tools such as Yardi and BAS to support daily operations. This position requires flexibility, technical knowledge, and a strong commitment to service excellence in a high-rise, hospitality-oriented setting.

What Will YouDo?

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Respond in a courteous and timely manner to all guests' questions, complaints or requests.
  • Assist with daily property inspections and maintenance
  • Provides on-call pager service when scheduled and performs emergency maintenance work when required.
  • Prioritize any repairs or maintenance issues that may impact or inconvenience our guest's experience.
  • Complete general building and room repairs, as well as painting, sheetrock work, and carpentry.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on building and equipment.
  • Complete ground work and custodial work as necessary.
  • General knowledge on repairing and/or replacing plumbing systems, A/C units, and electrical units.
  • General repair of motors, pumps and bearings.
  • Utilize basic hand and power tools required for general maintenance.
  • Routinely check emergency lighting and fire safety equipment.
  • Change light bulbs, ceiling tiles and repair any fixtures at a ceiling height.
  • Swimming pool preventative and repair maintenance
  • Work shifts which may be changed accordingly dependent upon the needs of the business and the maintenance department.

What You Bring

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chief or Assistant Engineer
  • Prior experience in high-rise building operations
  • At least 5 years of general maintenance experience
  • Proficiency with building systems, including Yardi and BAS (Building Automation Systems)
  • Experience with HVAC systems, specifically heat pump systems

Salary Range:

$38 - $40 per hour
