Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Insurance Estimator with an existing book of business and advanced Xactimate expertise. The ideal candidate is experienced in handling high-value claims, negotiating with carriers, and managing complex restoration scopes involving luxury finishes.

Key Responsibilities

· Bring and grow an active book of insurance restoration business.

· Conduct detailed property inspections and damage assessments.

· Prepare accurate and defensible estimates using Xactimate.

· Negotiate scope and pricing with insurance adjusters and carriers.

· Identify, document, and justify supplements.

· Collaborate with production teams to ensure scope accuracy and profitability.

· Maintain strong relationships with adjusters, carriers, and referral partners.

Qualifications

· Proven experience as an Insurance Estimator in restoration/construction.

· Active book of business (required).

· Advanced proficiency in Xactimate.

· Strong understanding of the insurance claims process.

· Experience with high-end restoration and luxury remodeling projects.

· Ability to negotiate complex and large-loss claims.

· Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

· Valid driver’s license.
