We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead advanced analytics efforts supporting FEMA mission operations, cloud initiatives, and executive reporting. Key Responsibilities: * Develop advanced visualizations, predictive models, and analytic frameworks.
* Provide enterprise-level analytical insights and performance tracking.
* Lead data quality assessments and remediation plans.
* Work with leadership to define analytical KPIs and data governance processes.
* Mentor junior analysts. Minimum Requirements: * At least 7 years of experience in a related role.
* Expertise in SQL, Python/R, and BI tools.
* Strong statistical and analytical modeling capabilities.
* Experience presenting findings to executives. Education and Certification Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
* Analytics Certifications Preferred.
Clearance Requirements: * U.S. Citizenship.
