Our consultants bring deep expertise in Data Science, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Machine Learning and AI. Seeking a Power BI/BI Consultant to design and deliver scalable analytics solutions for global business teams, with a focus on commercial pharma (sales, field force, and HQ reporting). Candidates should have experience in Power BI development, PBI migrations, and leveraging tools like Alteryx for automated reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports for commercial pharma (sales, field force, HQ reporting)
  • Translate business requirements into data models, data flows, and scalable BI solutions
  • Lead/assist in Power BI migration initiatives and reporting automation (Alteryx or similar tools)
  • Ensure data quality, validation, and governance across reporting layers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders; manage Agile delivery and support enhancements, including chatbot/AI integrations

Requirements

  • 10-16 years of professional work experience in Commercial Pharma / Life Sciences analytics, insights, or consulting roles
  • 5-7 years of experience in a BI Manager/Consultant or related role
  • Strong stakeholder engagement across Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Market Access functions
  • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with analytic tools like R & Python & visualisation tools like Power BI
  • Strong understanding of standard data sources—especially pharmacy, HUB, CRM, IQVIA, alignments, and related datasets—along with the nuances and quality controls required to ensure accuracy
  • Experience with tools and concepts related to data and analytics, such as data modelling, dimensional modeling, ETL, reporting tools, data governance, data warehousing, structured and unstructured data
  • Ability to engage with executive/VP-level stakeholders from client’s team to translate business problems to high level analytics solution approach
  • Experience in managing large accounts and active involvement in account growth. P&L ownership in the past would be an added advantage
  • Graduate in Business Analytics or MBA or equivalent work experience
