  • Develop reusable semantic models, certified datasets, standardized KPIs, and common calculations to support enterprise reporting.
  • Validate report accuracy by reconciling results with business rules, source systems, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Optimize report performance, DAX calculations, dataset refreshes, and overall solution scalability.
  • Manage Power BI workspaces, deployment pipelines, security, refresh schedules, and report lifecycle activities.
  • Monitor report usage and user feedback to improve adoption, usability, and reporting effectiveness.
  • Establish BI development standards, documentation, and best practices while mentoring other BI developers.
  • Evaluate emerging Microsoft technologies, including Fabric and AI capabilities, to enhance analytics and reporting.
  • Create and maintain documentation for report logic, data definitions, security, and business assumptions.
  • Support user acceptance testing, production deployments, and post-implementation issue resolution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, expand self-service analytics, and increase data literacy across the organization.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

* Essential Duties and Responsibilities are the basic job functions that an employee must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation.
