We are looking for a Senior/Lead Developer with strong hands-on experience in Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, AI Agents, LLM, Python, and AWS Lambda.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting AI-powered Contact Center solutions for an existing Amazon Connect/Lex implementation.
