Kaseya is a leading provider of IT infrastructure and security solutions for Managed Service Providers and internal IT organizations worldwide. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Network Engineer to drive reliability, scalability, and performance across our hybrid infrastructure.

This role plays a critical part in shaping our on‑premises and cloud network connectivity, requiring a strong blend of modern SRE practices and deep expertise in traditional networking technologies.

As a senior engineer, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor and leader, collaborating closely with architects, security teams, and infrastructure operations to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions that support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive engineering initiatives to improve system reliability, availability, scalability, and performance across hybrid environments (on‑premises and cloud).
  • Design and architect secure, high‑performance traditional and cloud‑based network solutions, including switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs.
  • Lead the design, architecture, and deployment of complex network and cloud connectivity projects using technologies such as Cisco, Palo Alto, Azure, AWS, and OCI.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive network and cloud architecture documentation.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, network, application, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence.
  • Perform network and cloud infrastructure assessments and provide actionable recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, security best practices, and organizational policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and cloud infrastructure issues.
  • Define and implement standards and processes for the design, standardization, and optimization of cloud services across the organization.
  • Design, implement, and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions for critical infrastructure and applications.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and drive the automation of operational tasks.
  • Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in networking, cloud, and security technologies.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Network Infrastructure, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Network Engineering roles.
  • Strong expertise in traditional on‑premises networking technologies (e.g., Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper, F5).
  • Deep understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, BGP, OSPF, and network security principles.
  • Extensive hands‑on experience with Cisco networking technologies, including routers, switches, firewalls, network protocols, and Cisco ISE.
  • Proven experience designing and supporting hybrid cloud network architectures.
  • Proficiency with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or OCI), with strong networking and security experience.
  • Experience with network monitoring, automation, and orchestration tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to engineers, peers, and leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Azure networking and security services.
  • Experience implementing SRE principles within network or infrastructure environments.
  • Hands‑on experience with infrastructure automation and scripting.
  • Familiarity with multi‑cloud networking strategies and architectures.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNP/CCIE, Azure Network Engineer, AWS Advanced Networking).
  • Experience contributing to enterprise architecture or long‑term technology roadmaps.
