What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Senior AT&T RF Engineer, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Senior AT&T RF Engineer, you need deep expertise in radio frequency (RF) engineering, cellular network design, and optimization, typically backed by a degree in electrical engineering and several years of relevant experience. Proficiency with technical tools such as Atoll, TEMS, Spectrum Analyzers, and knowledge of LTE/5G technologies, along with relevant certifications like CWNA or CCNA Wireless, is often required. Strong problem-solving abilities, clear communication, and teamwork are critical soft skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and addressing complex network challenges.
