Associates will then complete two rotations (approximately 12 months each), allowing deeper exposure, responsibility, and impactful contributions within each area.

Potential Rotational Areas:

  • Business Development: Build partnerships, negotiate deals, and identify new growth opportunities for Kikoff.

  • Product Operations: Learn how to build and scale critical operational processes. Work closely with product teams as you identify, diagnose, and find solutions for product bugs.

What You'll Gain:

  • Comprehensive training across essential business disciplines

  • Mentorship from senior leaders and industry experts

  • Clarity in career direction with pathways to future leadership roles

  • A supportive, dynamic work environment in an innovative fintech company
