Senior Associate Job Description

The Senior Associate is a key member of the team, responsible for providing high-quality audit, accounting, and consulting services to clients in the M&A department. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Responsibilities:


  • Performing audit, accounting, and consulting services for clients
  • Preparing and reviewing financial statements
  • Analyzing financial data and identifying potential risks and issues
  • Communicating with clients and providing them with recommendations
  • Working independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:


  • CPA license
  • 3-5 years of experience in public accounting
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
