Senior Associate Brand Manager

Location: Dedham, MA (Headquarters)

We’re focused on accelerating growth through expanding our brand portfolios, which include R.W. Knudsen Family juices, Santa Cruz Organic beverages and applesauces and TruRoots grains. We’re seeking a passionate, high-energy, outside-the-box Senior Associate Brand Manager who can flawlessly manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams to assist in achieving company objectives.

As Senior Associate Brand Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing multiple projects from start to finish, including branded innovation, packaging graphics updates, digital shelf management, brand health and market trend analysis and sales support materials development, among others. You will also play a key role in assisting with overall high-level brand strategy and will partner closely with marketing, sales, finance, R&D, supply chain and operations peers.

To succeed in this dynamic fast-paced environment, the right candidate must be a quick-thinker, direct communicator, highly organized with a steadfast attention to detail, flexible and self-motivated. We need someone who is driven, acts fast, is highly analytical and thinks like an owner; you must be a proactive and creative problem-solver always thinking several steps ahead.

Skills Needed:

  • Proven experience in project planning and management, with a keen focus on building timelines, setting milestones and tracking to on-time completion
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, R&D, supply chain, finance and operations
  • Analytically minded and able to translate data into insights into activation with syndicated data experience (IRI, Nielsen, SPINs, 84.51)
  • Consumer-focused thinking and ability to develop creative materials tied to consumer insights, brand positioning and company objectives
  • Solid inter-personal and communication skills, highly organized, self-motivated and detail oriented

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 3+ years of experience in brand management, marketing or related roles, preferably within Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) or beverage industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or related field (MBA not required)
  • Proven experience in project planning and management
  • Experience with syndicated data analysis (SPINS, IRI, Nielsen, 84.51, Numerator)
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to adapt storytelling to different audiences
  • Prior experience with better-for-you, challenger, startup or private equity backed brands a plus
  • Consumer-insight focused with keen eye for consumer and design trends
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
