BS degree in Chemical Engineering or Material Science with a minimum 7 years of industry experience or a Master's Degree and 4 years plus industry experience may be considered.Semiconductor industry experience, preferably CMP.Demonstrates analytical ability, chemistry, colloids and interface science required.Understanding of abrasive technology (Silica), corrosion protection, and electrochemistry.Highly motivated, creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for problem solving.Excellent communication, data collection, time management and organizational skills.Proficiency in office software such as MS Excel, Word, PPT and Outlook required. DoE, JMP, data analyses and technical reporting required, experiment modeling desired.Project management experience preferred.
