Job Summary

We are seeking a Mid-Level Angular Developer to build and maintain production front-end features within the modernization program. The role independently delivers well-scoped features, integrates with REST APIs, writes automated unit tests, resolves defects, and follows accessibility and engineering standards established by senior staff.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.

Required Experience & Qualifications

3-6 years of hands-on Angular/TypeScript development experience.

Solid experience with reactive forms, routing, Angular services/dependency injection, RxJS, REST API integration, and reusable components.

Experience with unit testing using Jasmine/Karma, Jest, or equivalent.

Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS/SCSS, responsive design, accessibility, and browser debugging.

Experience using Git-based workflows, pull requests/code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities

Implement assigned Angular features, workflows, validations, error/exception messaging, and reusable UI components.

Integrate front-end components with REST APIs and handle loading, error, authentication/session, and edge-case behavior consistently.

Write and maintain automated unit tests for components, services, pipes, guards, and other assigned code; address failed quality gates.

Follow design-system, accessibility, responsive-layout, coding, and documentation standards.

Participate in story refinement, estimation, sprint ceremonies, code reviews, defect triage, and release verification.

Troubleshoot UI and integration defects, identify root cause, and collaborate with middleware/QA engineers when issues cross tiers.

Maintain assigned dependencies and address routine upgrade, linting, and security/code-quality findings.

Document implementation notes and contribute reusable patterns back to the team.

Core Technical Skills

Angular/TypeScript, RxJS, reactive forms, routing, dependency injection, REST APIs, HTML/CSS/SCSS.

Automated unit testing, Git, pull requests, CI/CD, browser developer tools, and debugging.
