Job Summary:
Redfin is revolutionizing the real estate industry by using data and innovative design to enhance the home-buying and selling process. As a Senior Android Developer on the Conversational Search team, you will design and implement complex Android features that power AI-assisted experiences within the Redfin app, collaborating closely with product and design teams to meet user needs.
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement complex Android features that power conversational and AI-assisted experiences within the Redfin app.
• Build intuitive, high-performance UI that integrates intelligent capabilities into core search and listing flows.
• Drive architectural decisions for conversational interfaces.
• Collaborate with your teammates by reviewing code, writing documentation, refining best practices, and building maintainable and testable codebases.
• Work closely with our product and design teams to understand user and business needs.
• Drive the team forward in Android best practices and design principles, bringing in cutting-edge industry trends.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years of development experience with at least 3 years of practical experience building Android applications in Kotlin and Java.
