Job description


You'll help shape a seamless customer experience by bringing rigor, structure, and strong partnership to product releases. Join a collaborative team where your testing leadership helps deliver reliable outcomes at scale.
As a Business User Acceptance Testing Lead in the Travel Product team, you will own business testing strategy and execution across web and mobile experiences, partnering closely with product and engineering to deliver high-quality releases. You will design practical test approaches, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and ensure issues are driven to resolution through release and post-production validation.
Job responsibilities
  • Partner with product, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to align on testing scope, timelines, and release readiness
  • Create and execute end-to-end user acceptance testing plans for web and mobile experiences
  • Design business use cases and translate them into clear, executable test scenarios and scripts
  • Coordinate test data setup and data conditioning to support reliable execution
  • Execute testing in an Agile delivery environment and support iterative delivery cycles
  • Identify, document, and communicate defects and risks, driving them to closure with clear ownership and follow-through
  • Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Provide structured status updates, highlighting progress, dependencies, and decisions needed
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Minimum 5 years of total professional experience, including at least 3 years of quality assurance experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience testing both web and mobile applications, including Android and iOS
  • Experience with functional test automation tools and technologies (Selenium, Java, Cucumber)
  • Ability to manage multiple streams of work and deliver on committed timelines
  • Experience using workflow and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex testing efforts across cross-functional teams, proactively managing impediments and risks
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience with test management tools (Quality Center/ALM, qTest)
  • Experience with native mobile app automation for iOS and Android
  • Experience with API test automation tools (Rest Assured, SoapUI, Postman)
  • Experience in banking or financial services
