RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Android Developer in Irving, TX.
Responsibilities:
* Senior Android Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain reliable, scalable, and high-performing mobile applications
* Apply software development best practices throughout the application lifecycle
* Develop clean, modular, and maintainable code using established design patterns and frameworks
* Create responsive and user-friendly applications that perform effectively across supported devices and operating systems
* Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize applications for performance, reliability, and efficiency
* Conduct application testing to identify performance issues and support a consistent user experience
* Follow security best practices when handling access, authentication, data, and system integrations
* As a Senior Android Developer, you will integrate applications with APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and other business systems
* Develop and maintain automated tests to support application quality and reliable releases
* Participate in code reviews and contribute to coding standards, development practices, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Support build automation, deployment activities, application monitoring, release management, and production troubleshooting
* Provide technical guidance and support to other team members as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
* Hands-on experience developing mobile applications using relevant programming languages, frameworks, and development tools

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
