Job Summary

We Are seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to provide white-glove IT support for C-suite executives, senior leadership, and executive assistants. This role requires exceptional customer service, executive presence, strong Apple/macOS expertise, conference room technology support, and enterprise Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will proactively resolve technical issues while ensuring minimal disruption to executive productivity.

  • Participate in occasional travel and on-call support.
