Solve Complex Technical Challenges
  • Serve as the primary technical owner for user inquiries, production support incidents, and enhancement requests.
  • Triage, prioritize, estimate, and drive work through successful resolution while balancing competing business priorities.
  • Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot data, performance, and application issues across reporting, metadata, and platform components.

Ensure Stability and Continuous Improvement
  • Participate in production deployments, object migrations, and change management activities.
  • Contribute to an after-hours on-call rotation.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, metadata architecture artifacts, schema designs, and knowledge management resources.

What You'll Need
Required Experience & Technical Skills
  • 7+ years of experience working with BI tools (MicroStrategy/Strategy), analytics platforms, data warehouses, or cloud-based analytics environments.
  • Experience translating business requirements into scalable BI solutions using semantic layers, metrics, attributes, hierarchies, and reporting structures within enterprise BI platforms such as Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy).
