What You'll Do:
• Assist in leading daily activities, events, and enrichment programs
• Encourage and support resident participation
• Help prepare activity calendars and newsletters
• Escort residents to and from programs as needed
• Maintain organized activity spaces and supplies
• Support volunteer engagement and community partnerships
• Document participation per regulatory guidelines
• Monitor resident engagement and communicate changes appropriately
You help create meaningful experiences that enhance resident well-being and strengthen community connections.
What We're Looking For:
• High School Diploma/GED
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lead small group activities
• Valid driver's license (as applicable)
• Senior living experience preferred
