Client Care Specialist — Sales / Front Desk

Bestlaser Hair Removal is looking for a sales-driven Client Care Specialist to join our team.

This is not just a front desk position. We are looking for someone who loves sales, enjoys talking to people, knows how to follow up, and is motivated by goals and results.

The main focus of this role is to convert leads into appointments, appointments into sales, and clients into long-term relationships.

The ideal candidate must be confident, proactive, organized, and comfortable presenting packages, explaining prices, offering payment options, and closing sales.

Main Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound leads.

Contact potential clients by phone, text, and digital channels.

Follow up consistently and strategically to close sales.

Schedule consultations, evaluations, and treatments.

Present treatment packages, pricing, promotions, and payment options clearly.

Finalize sales based on clinic recommendations.

Complete contracts and process payments.

Keep CRM records updated and organized.

Work toward individual and clinic sales goals.

Support the client experience from first contact to final purchase.
