As a Realtime Defect Analysis (RDA) HVM Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our production lines by identifying early signals of process drift and defects. This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and highly collaborative—your work directly accelerates cycles of learning and helps ensure stable, high‑quality manufacturing across global sites.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze inline defect signals, process flows, and tool behavior to detect anomalies
  • Quarantine and escalate out‑of‑control process tools
  • Drive continuous improvement through data‑driven problem solving
  • Implement and refine inspection strategies to enable earlier defect detection
  • Partner with global teams to align methods and share best practice
  • Work with new inspection tools and strategies to drive towards earlier detection of problems and identify the sources.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree + 3 years semiconductor manufacturing, RDA, or metrology experience in a 300mm fab
  • Experience using data analytics, scripting, or programming for process optimization
  • Ability to manage complex quality programs and collaborate across global teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree + 1 year, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science
  • Experience with advanced metrology and defect detection methodologies
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
  • Experience with root‑cause analysis, data manipulation, and correlation techniques
