Position Summary

As a WTR Technician for our 24/7 Operations team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining assigned ultrapure water and Industrial Wastewater systems including but not limited to: Multi Media Filters, Reverse Osmosis, Ion Exchange, Ultrafiltration, Acid Waste Water, Copper Waste Water, and Fluoride Wastewater systems in such manner as to ensure uninterrupted supply of UPW to the Fab, and reliable treatment of industrial wastewater to meet strict environmental compliance regulations.

  • MonitoringEquipment/Process:Monitorsequipmentandsystemsincurrentstateandproactivelylooksforwaystoimprovesystemreliability.Monitorstheworkofothersinareaofresponsibilitiestomitigateimpactstoequipmentoperation,systemqualityandoperationalreliability.

  • Performequipmentroundsandreadings:AbletoaccessallareasoftheUPWandIWTsystemsincludingbutnotlimitedto:Equipmentrooms,Chemicalareasincludingcontainmentbays,IWTcatwalks,andcleanroommanufacturingareas.

  • PerformOperationalMaintenance:PerformIonExchangeregenerations,ROcleansandconsumablereplacementsperSOP.Withengineeringandsenior/mastertechnicianguidance,usesprocessknowledgeandexperiencetoadjusttofieldconditions,asnecessary.
