Selinsgrove Ford is looking for an experienced Ford Certified Service Technician to join our team in Selinsgrove, PA. If you have a strong technician background, Ford and ASE certifications, and take pride in doing the job right, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
  • Complete repair orders efficiently and accurately in accordance with dealership and Ford factory standards
  • Test-drive vehicles and evaluate components using diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment
  • Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
  • Communicate directly with service advisors to keep customers informed of additional service needs and provide accurate repair time estimates

What We're Looking For
  • Ford Certification required
  • ASE Certification required
  • 2+ years of automotive service technician experience preferred
  • B-level qualifications including diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair
  • Previous Ford dealership experience a plus
  • Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency with electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair procedures, and manufacturer specifications
  • Steady hands, excellent hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude and eagerness to grow
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
